**Overview** * Tutorly is an innovative online tutoring company which provides premium tutoring at an affordable price. Founded and led by an entrepreneur whose previous start-up was acquired for $2.2 billion, Tutorly is expanding its team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-based education company. * We are actively recruiting results-driven Educational Sales Representatives with excellent interpersonal skills. * Representatives will have consultative conversations with prospective students and families who have expressed interest in Tutorly. They will understand the educational needs of prospective students and make tutor recommendations. * Representatives will work closely with a Sales Manager to help ensure a positive experience for prospective clients. **Requirements** * Experience with CRM (e.g. Hubspot) preferred * Communicate (by phone, email, or text) with families to learn about the educational needs of prospective students * Use scheduling software (Acuity) to enroll students * Follow up with families after a free trial session to complete the sale of tutoring sessions * Follow up periodically to ensure satisfaction * Escalate any issues to the Sales Manager **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; we encourage recent graduates to apply * High empathy and emotional intelligence * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Dependability, punctuality, capacity to manage appointments, and ability to multi-task * A self-driven work ethic and ability to work autonomously **Benefits** * Full-time position, with a strong preference for candidates who can work some evenings and some weekends * Annual Compensation: base salary of $35,000 to $55,000, commensurate with skills and experience * Profit-sharing program, in addition to base salary
