### Job description The ideal candidate will have the following qualities: Understated, Simple Design Sensibilities and Visual Instincts A Natural Eye for Refined and Balanced Graphic Compositions Talent for Developing Interesting Concepts for Exhibitions, Videos, and Graphic Material Storyboarding and Video Content Creation Directly reports to the Marketing Business Director. Works closely with President/Creative Director and external consultants. Maintains close contact with Marketing Managers, the Vice President of Design, and the Vice President of Sales. Specific Responsibilities include: Scouts photography locations and negotiates contract details. Assists in the art direction of photography sessions. Assists in conceptualizing advertising placements for digital and print media. Assists in conceptualizing direction and content for exhibitions and showrooms. Assists in specifying products for photo shoots, exhibitions, and showrooms. Creates stories and other written content for the website and helps curate images. Ensures that website editorial content is updated frequently. Curates content and manages social media. Curates and writes content for direct customer marketing initiatives. Manages public relations firms. Writes press releases and other promotional material. Creates content for miscellaneous marketing pieces. Assists in other graphic projects as required. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant education and work experience, or equivalent training and certification. Demonstrated career success, with a supporting design portfolio. 3 years minimum experience in graphic design with at least 2 years of experience managing art and/or creativity. Commercial furniture and/or textile industry experience preferred. Ability to be flexible with assignments and manage multiple priorities.
