We analyze the data to help the doctors deliver better care and also offer insights to help research and development of new treatments that actually work. What You'll Do * Own end to end partner relationships - building out the strategy, pipeline, sourcing and execution of deals. This includes facilitating alpha/beta testing with product and measuring product-market fit and other success metrics. * Identify and build a strategic view of long-term partnership opportunities based on market research, quantitative analysis and qualitative feedback. Example task - build the business case for a new partnership opportunity and model the impact to user growth, revenue, and operating cost to support this. * Demonstrate a strong understanding of the broader EHR ecosystem and competitive landscape to develop strategic product feedback and goals. * Collaborate closely with partner teams to build great product experiences. You'll interact with product, engineering, sales, customer success, marketing, and clinicians to identify customer needs and opportunities and bring new and innovative features to our customers. * Develop the operational capabilities required for Osmind to support integrated partners, including implementation, adoption, and support processes. Inform staffing or resourcing needed to ensure success of our partnerships and a high quality user experience. Preferred Qualifications * BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience. * 5+ years of work experience, with 2+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, product ops, or business development role in healthcare. * Experience contributing to the strategic direction of business products and driving partnership strategy, partnership structuring, and deal execution. * Customer focused. You regularly speak with existing and prospective customers and partners to learn more about their needs. You combine these qualitative insights with quantitative analysis to identify solutions that meet user needs. * A self starter. You are resourceful, biased towards actions, and know how to make things happen in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment * Strong communication and collaboration skills. You can build consensus across teams and stakeholders. * You are comfortable jumping between high level strategy conversations while handling the day-to-day task that keep your team moving. * Interest in revolutionizing mental health care and neuropsychiatry.
