The team’s primary goal is to provide an outstanding learning experience and share knowledge about the Adjust product and mobile industry to employees *and* clients. **Your responsibilities:** * Work closely with the Customer Education Lead, Product Knowledge Managers and Instructional Designers to analyse, design and develop the best possible learning experience for clients at basic, mid and advanced learning levels * Write and create highly effective client facing learning courses to then be hosted on our learning platform, tailored to the varied learning journeys of our clients * Be a true expert in the Adjust Product with the ability to proof content with high attention to detail * Maintain a very strong relationship with Client Services, Support and Product- collaborating regularly in order to stay aligned and up to date on product changes, client queries and also to ensure new learning courses are continuously delivered according to high priority client learning needs. * Set up client feedback & learning needs analysis system to understand how clients are learning most effectively, where improvements could be made to courses * Work together with Customer Education Lead and Instructional Designers to enhance materials according to client feedback * Troubleshoot and solve issues particularly content development process related, always looking to optimise * Collaborate with Localisation team on content translation projects * Stay knowledgeable and up to date on mobile industry trends and developments **What you bring:** * Proven track record in technical writing or creating product related e-learning material * Strong communication skills - you are able to articulate and deliver opinions clearly and with confidence, both verbal and written * Careful and precise attention to detail * Strong ability to identify inefficiencies * Strong organisation skills * Genuine interest in Tech and Mobile industries * Ability to adapt to a product that is continuously changing * Drive to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to continuously meet deadlines * Lover of processes and seamless workflows * Ability to problem solve and resolve challenges * Analytical and creative thinker * Passion for creating the best learning experiences * Self-motivated, highly organized and able to work effectively with a diverse group of people * Previous experience in a client facing role is advantageous * Ability to work with stakeholders across teams and departments **What’s in it for you:** * Opportunity to make an impact on the ad-tech industry working for a forward-thinking leader in the space * International, diverse teams with a strong focus on transparency, feedback and fun * Education budget for ongoing professional development & continuous learning * A three-week onboarding program like no other, where you’ll learn the ins-and-outs of our product * Flexible, family-friendly work schedule and vacation policy * Childcare program, paid parental leave * Free language classes * Additional private health insurance * Company Pension Plan with 40% employer contribution * Discounted Gym Membership with Urban Sports Club * Mental health support with qualified therapists * WFH program with remote online events (workouts, coffee chats, team events, games, etc.) * Relocation and visa assistance More details about our company culture and perks can be found on our career page, or have a sneak peek of our office in Berlin. **Interested?
