We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Architect to join our growing Technology Team! **Here’s what you’ll do:** * Partner with all functions of the business to fully understand technology needs and provide technical leadership and process management to guide the architecture and engineering process of the tech team * Work with CTO and Product Management to develop and execute a technical platform roadmap that enables the business needs outlined by the Product Roadmap * Architect solutions to business problems by directing the development and integration of custom and 3rd party components. * Direct the selection and use of technologies across the full stack required for the development and deployment of an eCommerce system. * Development and maintain architecture blueprints and standards guiding the continuous evolution of the company IT eco-system. **Here’s what you must bring to the table:** * BS/BA required in Computer Science or related field, MS a plus * 5+ years in technical and hands on eCommerce product architecture * Highly quantitative, analytical and business-minded * Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams * Exceptional understanding of cloud design principles, data architecture, full stack eCommerce technologies, and integration patterns * Experience with a variety of coding languages and technologies like, preferred technologies include: Moltin/Elasticpath, React/Gastby, Python, Flask * Experience in retail or ecommerce is required * Experience in a Direct Selling/MLM company a plus * Experience DevOps and CI/CD pipelines * Experience with public Cloud technology stacks, Google Cloud preferred * Proactive and self-motivated, hands-on willingness to do tasks big and small * Approachable, open, honest and direct style; conviction to do the right thing no matter what * Able to excel in fast-paced, startup environment We know how important it is to take time to be together, gathering around the table to open a bottle of wine (or two) and enjoy our collaborative, community-minded culture.
