As our **Senior Account Director**, you will be handling the relationships with our key clients. We need autonomous, proactive and reliable people to work with a fast-paced remote tech team and who will enjoy a journey of rapid growth. What You’ll Be Doing: * Building and cultivating strong relationships and trust with key clients, while setting and managing their expectations on a project basis * Being the face of JOURNEE to our clients on large projects * Understanding client needs and objectives to deliver appropriate solutions to meet their objectives * Accurately recording all relevant data within our CRM system Who We Are Looking For: * 5+ years experience in account management or similar client-facing role within an advertising or agency setting * 5+ years experience managing top level clients with 7-figure budgets * Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organisation * Flexibility and an enjoyment of working with people * Excellent communication skills in both English and German Why Work With Us: * Flexibility to work in Berlin or remotely * Fast-moving environment in a scale-up company * Build relationships with some of the most well-known companies in the world * Be part of a super cool team that enjoys working together!
