We are looking for customer-centric technologists with a passion to help companies learn, adopt, and scale their applications with the Ambassador Labs’ product portfolio. **About You** You will facilitate customer-facing operations by acting as a front-line representative for understanding the technical and operational challenges our users face. You will focus on identifying where our Ambassador Labs technology provides a solution, presenting those solutions and supporting our users through their adoption process. You’ll also be a key representative at various conferences and events, where you present and discuss our technology to a passionate and knowledgeable community. If you have a passion for solving complex problems, enjoy working with a broad technical audience and get real satisfaction from guiding people from problem to solution, we want to talk to you! ### Primary Responsibilities + Through presentations and meetings, understand and communicate a user’s technical and business needs to both Ambassador Labs Product and Engineering teams. + Provide technical feasibility and demonstrate ease of use of Ambassador Lab’s technology to highly technical audiences. + Support and provide a great experience to users throughout their adoption process, troubleshooting, testing and validating software issues with due urgency while maintaining thorough documentation of all software solutions. + As a technical first responder, assist in diagnosis of technical issues/bugs and works with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues when necessary. + Contribute to the development of internal knowledge base and user solution portal. + Educate users on cloud-native best practices. ### Requirements + 2+ years experience in supporting highly technical software products. + Proven track record in establishing and growing relationships with users (e.g. customers). + Performed advanced troubleshooting of customer technical challenges. + Strong written and oral communication skills with proven ability to initiate and manage relationships with users of all levels. + Solutions oriented, empathetic and positive personality. + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Computer Science.
