This is a full-time, remote position, in a cross-functional and high-impact role. As our first internal marketing hire, you'll get to blaze a trail of growth for yourself and the company. The core philosophy of Table Needs is to empower the restaurant industry to leverage technology while still maintaining the personalization of service in the dining experience. Our products help restaurants run efficiently, make business decisions, enhance guest and staff experiences, and create a healthier bottom line. Table Needs offers an all-in-one Point of Sale system that includes server handhelds, customizable kitchen display screens, QR code digital menus, table-side order & pay, counter pickup order & pay, and SMS waitlists. Unlike other solutions, we don’t bind customers to a contract, we give clear and simple pricing, we offer free install and initial menu design, we provide text, email, and phone support, we equip restaurants with a success rep, and we are built for restaurants by restaurant people. We are a fun, energized, growth-minded, honest, and hardworking team. **As a Marketing Manager, you will:** * Craft positioning of our solutions—both externally for prospects and customers, and internally for our sales teams * Influence our product strategy and roadmap in partnership with the product team, based on market research, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback * Conduct research to understand our buyers and market insights * Develop effective messaging by focusing on our customers’ pain points and needs, and weave that into content and collateral to drive adoption and growth * Collaborate with the entire marketing team (including agencies) and broader go-to-market teams on product launches * Translate research and messaging into actionable steps and content for sales * Drive demand and adoption of our solutions through campaign activities in collaboration with the wider marketing and go-to-market teams **Salary**: For this role, we have $70,000 to 90,000 USD slated in the budget. **About you** * You are an experienced product marketer, who has independently managed product launches, messaging, content creation, and sales enablement on a marketing team, and can speak to those results. * You are an outstanding writer, with a knack for summing up a customer benefit in 10 words or less. You can connect **what** something does with **why** the reader should care in a clear and compelling way. * You are a self-starter. You have a track record of getting things done; often managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously. * You speak up to ask hard questions, share concerns, and show appreciation—all with a kind approach and positive attitude * You are collaborative, and have the capability to bring different teams together to achieve a common goal. * You have a high bar of excellence, attention to detail, and are process oriented.
