This is a hands-on position where you will lead the creative team in idea and design development activities as well as personally take on client projects from start to finish • A sincere desire to do whatever it takes to get the job done Our client engagements run the full gamut across a wide range of skillsets, (from consulting to concepting and strategy to tactical execution), delivered via various media and communications platforms, (including traditional and digital collateral, social, mobile, and presentations), and cover initiatives as comprehensive as new product launches, logo/identity development, and positioning/messaging, just to name a few. Qualified candidates will have 8+ years of experience as a Creative, Senior Art, or Design Director with an extensive background in marketing/communication strategy, art direction, and collaborating with back-end developers. Candidates must have an associate's or bachelor’s degree in graphic arts or design. Your portfolio should include examples that reflect a broad range of creative execution in multiple mediums as well as advanced skills in visual communication, typography, color usage, message integration, and creative problem-solving.
