This looks like an interesting read, however, when I click on it my Dark Reader plugin doesn't work for some reason. 😭 My eyes! 😳😬🕶 Also, I want to know a little more about the author and I couldn't find anything about why they might be qualified to write about the subject.

I had this problem too, and found a workaround. For others who encounter this problem, you can use Firefox's "Reader View" and then change to dark mode from the Type Controls on the upper left part of the rendered page
